Hello everyone? Did you have a good weekend?


With bikini season rapidly approaching I think it's safe to say that I'm sooo not ready. Something happens to me during the wintertime where I just slow down and just feel like sleeping and doing nothing all the time. By the time warm weather rolls around I just feel so out of shape.


I have, luckily, gotten back into my routine of going on daily morning jogs. I try to run three miles a day, three times a week. My goal at the moment is to run a 5k in under 20 minutes but this is easier said than done :/
