International Beauty Swap

Hi loves! Sorry for the late post but I just had to share this with you!

I participated in an international beauty swap with the beautiful Jenny from Freya's Fashion Chapter. I sent her American products and she sent me all these wonderful things from the UK. It was seriously like Christmas had come early when I opened her package - All the things she sent me are wonderful! So, without further ado, here are the products I received:

MUA Lipstick in "Shade 1" - I've never owned an MUA product before - in fact, I've never heard of the brand and therefore did not know I was missing out! This lipstick is a very pretty, vampy shade that looks like it would be perfect for autumn nights! I tried it on and it goes extremely well with my skin tone and it's very pigmented. So far, the staying power seems out of this world!

Montagne Jeunesse Face Masks - Jenny also sent me these face masks. One for blemishes and one for moisture. I think I'm going to like them - The packaging alone is so pretty and colorful.

MUA Eyeshadow Palette in "Dusk til Dawn" - I love love love neutral eyeshadows and this palette is definitely a winner! All the colors are so pretty and very pigmented - even the shimmery ones I could probably wear to work. I also love how the palette has a few bright colors too (like the teal on the bottom) that would be perfect for a night out.

Max Factor Mascara Wild Mega Volume Mascara - I can already tell I will like this mascara because 1) Max Factor used to be sold here in the States and I used to buy all their products because I loved them so much and 2) Max Factor is a sort of sister brand to Cover Girl and they do mascaras so well. The wand of this mascara is sort of a dipped shape which I find helps with volume. And boy do I need volume in the lash department :]

Natural Collection Tinted Lipgloss in "BlackCurrant Bonanza" - I am always a bit skeptical when it comes to lipgloss because usually, they come out quite sheer on my lips, no matter how bright the color is inside the tube. Well folks, call me a lipgloss convert because this is not only quite pigmented but long-lasting as well!

MUA Nail Polish in "Deepest Purple" - I don't have many purple polishes and this deep purple color is my favorite addition to my collection! It's the perfect color for fall!

Natural Collection Nail Polish in "Red Robin" - I laughed when I saw this nail polish because I had sent Jenny a red nail polish as well saying, "everyone needs a nice red nail polish." I guess great minds think alike because she sent me this nail varnish in the most beautiful red ever!

Once again, I'd like to thank Jenny for organizing this beauty swap. I totally love all of the products she sent me and I can literally see myself using all of the products on a daily basis! Please check out her blog at Freya's Fashion Chapter - She has great beauty and fashion reviews and has been a source of constant inspiration for me!
