Comeback | Tulip Skirt and Beau Bag

Hello darlings!

It's been a while hasn't it? I know that some of you may have been wondering where I've been for the past few weeks. Well, here's what happened:
  • I caught a really bad cold that lasted two weeks and I really didn't want to get my picture taken when I was feeling so lousy (I'm hoping people out there can relate somewhat).
  • Things got so super busy at work for me - we had a few conferences, Capitol Hill Day planning, association-related events, etc. I love blogging and all but work is still my number one priority.
  • To be honest, I just wasn't feeling inspired. The weather's been so nice but fashion-wise, I really haven't been feeling very adventurous and I didn't want to show you guys outfits where I'm feeling unfashionably stale. I want my blog to be a source of inspiration for people who are having "I have nothing to wear" days. Forcing myself to play dress-up when I'm just not feeling it would be unfair to people who actually do read my blog seriously.
I don't want to make excuses so I will start by making it up with daily blog posts starting Monday. Now that I've had a few weeks to clear my head and be more inspired I'm gonna make a comeback. Stay tuned for more outfit posts to come! :]

  3. Yay, welcome back! I understand--no sense blogging when it's not fun, right, since this is supposed to be a hobby? Nonetheless, glad you are bringing daily posts. That bow skirt of yours is a cutie!

  6. A great comeback! Hope you are feeling better, two weeks is a LONG cold!! Keep writing only when you feel it, it's better not to post when you don't want to. I learned that the hard way, haha! So glad you're back!
