Make it Work | Ruffle Dress and Bow Belt

Lovely Sunday everyone!

Inspired by the wise words of Tim Gunn, I decided to make a formal dress work for the office. I wore this dress to a wedding but I don't like thinking of any closet items as one-trick ponies. I added a belt to tone down the big appliqués at the bottom. I actually wore this outfit to a business brunch at a work conference I had to attend. Lots of compliments all around!

  11. I understand dear Deborah, that you got lots of compliments as you look simply adorable in this wonderful dress! It is much too wonderful for hanging in the closet after wearing only one time for the weddding. Love you also in your natural makeup with the pale lipstick, you are so beautiful <3

Love it when a piece let you dress it up or down, doubles the size of your wardrobe.
