Happy Sunday lovelies!
This month has been a whirlwind of travel, work, and play! I think I can safely say that I very much enjoyed this month! Here's some pics from my instagram to prove it:
Top Row: I put some snaps from my social life (or lack thereof haha). I went to Fotoweek with my friends and learned a bit about photography (which is quite important for a blogger). They had this booth where you could print a picture off your instagram account if you used their hashtag, #fotoweekdc. I also started reading The Silkworm, the sequel to A Cuckoo's Calling. I started a week ago and I haven't finished yet but only because I got so busy (nothing to do with the book itself - the book is quite good so far!)
Middle Row: I was absolutely shocked when I heard about the terrorist attacks in Paris. As someone who grew up close to where the Twin Towers were hit on September 11, this hit close to home.
Bottom Row: These are some of my favorite outfit snaps! This one got the most number of likes I've ever gotten but personally, my favorite outfit this month has been this one because I went quite out of my comfort zone, style-wise. It's always interesting to me which outfits will get what sort of reaction from my audience. Also, I showcased my brand new haircut! I was a bit disappointed when I first walked out of the salon because it was shorter than what I really wanted but I absolutely love it right now! It's really grown on me and I've found myself gravitating towards tops with looser collars and necklines to showcase the cut in all its glory!
Thanks for reading!
