Coffee Break: Chinatown Coffee Co.

In a little corner on 5th and H Street NW DC lies a little coffeeshop called Chinatown Coffee Co. There you will find quality coffee at moderate prices made from some of the finest beans the USA has to offer - I'm talking HEART beans from Portland and INTELLIGENSIA roasters from Chicago, some of the finest third wave coffee world.
Chinatown Coffee Co. is a local favorite but considering how popular it is, the location is pretty nondescript. Yes, it's in Chinatown but it's in a small space of a brownstone-like building that one could easily miss if not looking closely. The atmosphere is "hipster-y" and unglamorous but it's okay because that's not why we go there.
Their coffee is divine!
I usually go for a latte or an Americano (if I have a lot of work to do), plop myself in one of their communal seating area seats, and use their free wifi (which they actually offered before Starbucks ever did!) for my side hustle (the blog).

If you're ever in Washington, DC and craving a cup of joe, give Chinatown Coffee Co. a try!
