Kitchen Diaries: Slow Cooked Chicken with Broccoli and Cheddar

Hello lovelies!
Today, I wanted to share a recipe I've been sitting on for almost a year! It's a slow cooker recipe that involves cheese, chicken, and broccoli (my favorites!) This is a recipe that serves about 4-6 but as I mentioned in my previous post about what I eat, I make this dish once and I have lunch for about a week!

Let me know if any of you guys try this!

  1. Yum! Broccoli is my favorite veggie and chicken is my favorite meat. I also love cheese. I'll have to try this. I still live with my parents but my mom lets me cook dinner for them a couple nights a week. I think they'll enjoy this recipe. Thanks for sharing!

  4. Dear Deborah,
you are really patient! Even you eat this dish more times a week I have to admit that impatience is also a theme in the context of my cooking habits :)
But obviously it is worth the long cooking time as what you cooked looks extremely yummy!
    Enjoy your meals!
