March 2017 Bucket List

We have a conference we're organizing at work this week so I haven't been able to post much lately. This is not how I wanted March to start, but here we are.
I did want to get this particular post up - I really like writing bucket lists for myself every month. It's a great way (at least for me), to keep track of the big picture things and make sure I'm leaving enough time in my life to get these things done.

  1. Attend the National Cherry Blossom Festival: I love the cherry blossom festival! Besides the pollen, I love it for the food, the pretty flowers, and the gorgeous sun! I can't wait to go again!
  2. See a play at the Shakespeare Theatre: We're scheduled to see at least two plays this month and I am so excited! We didn't have any plays at all scheduled last month so I'm way overdue.
  3. Do a wardrobe detox: Spring is for cleaning so I plan on doing just that - especially for my closet! I'm planning on moving soon and I'll have a smaller closet so I figure it's better to get it done now rather than have to deal with it later
  4. Read at least 3 books: My reading time has been non-existent as of late because I've been so busy at work it makes me tired when I get home. Since I'll be less busy next month, I figure it's a much better time to try and squeeze in a few books to read!
  5. Spring clean my electronics: Along with a wardrobe detox, I think I should do an electronics detox - delete all unnecessary emails, get rid of photos I don't need, and move the pertinent thing over to my external hard drive!
What are some things on your bucket list this month?

  1. Loving your bucket list for March! Cherry Blossom Festivals are always super gorgeous! Omg! I remember I use to do a reading challenge every year on Good Reads! Made it a goal to read 100 books in a year, haha! Haven't done it in awhile! I should definitely try it again! :)

  2. I have always wanted to attend the Cherry Blossom Festival! It sounds like such a beautiful time. This month I'm hoping to have a makeup spending ban, because January & February saw quite a few beauty purchases.

  3. I love the idea of a spring clean on my electronics! I have waay to many files and photos and emails from years and years ago I should really clean out. I usually dump everything onto my external hardrive but at some point I should get around to sorting out the hardrive lol. I remember visiting the cherry festival when I was younger! I would love to go back some time-- hope you have tons of fun there :)

  4. Ain't the cherry blossoming time the most beautiful time of the year? In Latvia cherries blossom in late April or May, so it's still a long time in head of us :/
Reading is something I desperately want to get back to, I miss it soo much. Hopefully next month I'll buy a kindle, or other e-book reader which will make things easier.
Good luck with your March's bucket list!

  10. Dear Deborah, I will do a detox in my closet this spring, too! I do this every spring and always so happy afterwards. Also a electronic detox makes really sense to me. Happy weekend!

  11. I love your bucket list posts, too, and want to thank you for inspiring me to do my own. The last two months I've been doing these "to-do" lists I have noticed how helpful it is for keeping me on track..

I hope you can enjoy the Cherry festival, despite the pollen, I think that would be something so wonderful to see at least once in my life... Spring cleaning electronics is probably something that should go on my bucket list, too ;)

    MUCH LOVE!!!
