Product Review: Etude House Precious Mineral BB Cream Blooming Fit

I think anyone who's interested in makeup at all has heard by now how great Korean beauty products are. I've dabbled in Korean skincare products with great results so I thought I would venture into Korean cosmetics. As a Korean myself, I figure I would have better luck matching my skin tone with these products than I would at a drugstore. I picked up this BB cream by Etude House after I had great results with their BB powder foundation. Here are my thoughts on this:

  • Packaging: As with all things by Etude House, I am a sucker for their girly princess-style packaging designs! The pump tube is quite convenient and would help ensure I get every last drop of product (or at least most of it). I hate product waste so efficiency in products is also something I look for. 5/5
  • Formula: Let's just say this - a little goes a long way - at least for me. The consistency is very thick and I'm used to BB creams with lighter coverage or tinted moisturizers. I was a bit surprised when I pumped out my usual amount of product and was left with a cakey layer of BB cream on my face. That said, I still give this product a 5/5 because it provides full coverage and at the rate I'm using it, it will take forever to use up. It also blends into my skin after a while but you have to wait for it. No powder needed to set!
  • Price: I found this product on Amazon and bought it for $14 which I think is more than reasonable considering how great the product works! 5/5

All in all, I would definitely repurchase this when (or if) I run out and I recommend this to you as well! It's great for those of you looking for something with fuller coverage.

  1. I've been wanting to try their products – I'll definitely pick this up next time I visit Asia!
