Scalloping Around | Scallop Skirt and Perforated Sneakers

I feel like my outfits have become a bit predictable since Spring has hit - some combination of denim jacket, scallops, and blush accents. This outfit hit all three! To be honest, a denim jacket is kind of a staple for in Spring and Fall - I'm the kind of person who's always cold (70 degrees is not warm enough for me) so jackets are necessary. If I get hot, I can always take it off. It also served as a bit of a balancing piece for me when it came to this outfit. I LOVE this skirt (the color and the scalloped hem is perfection. I also realize how basic I sound...) but the length is a bit shorter than I usually wear. The thicker denim material and the long sleeves sort of counters the shortness of the skirt, at least in my opinion.

These Sperry shoes have been getting a LOT of wears lately as well. I wanted these sneakers for just running errands around town but I'm surprised at how versatile they are. I'm convinced that blush is a neutral color now. I know that "Millennial Pink" is on its way out, trend-wise, but I don't care. I love a soft blush pink all day, every day!
