Leather seems to come back in fashion every fall and winter! I picked up this skirt a few weeks ago but the weather was too warm to wear it. Now that temperatures are finally cooling down I was able to wear this outfit to lunch with my friends this weekend.
Leather is actually one of my favorite autumn trends. It's funny because I used to never really like leather that much - I saw the movie DodgeBall: A True Underdog Story as a kid and there was a scene where the main team's dodgeball uniforms accidentally got switched with a group of bondage enthusiasts. Every time I thought of leather, I remembered how ridiculous the Average Joe's looked wearing leather bondage costumes and playing dodgeball. It's a look I have tried very hard to avoid.
I love how leather pieces that are coming out now are very chic and luxe. The thing with leather though is that a little goes a long way. What do you guys think of leather pieces?
