You guys seemed to really enjoy my post on my bullet journal setup so I decided to make this a monthly thing! I had so much fun setting these pages up and I added a couple of things I didn't before in my January setup. I also experimented with the layouts for a few of the weekly spreads (as you will see) and I really hope you guys will use these spreads as inspiration to set up your own bullet journals! It's never too late to start so if you think this method of planning is for you, please follow along!

Title page
For February, I decided to go with a rosy theme as this very short month is the month of love. I actually used watercolor paint to paint on the wreath! I was pleasantly surprised to learn that the Leuchtturm journal pages hold up very well with the watercolors. I showed this on my Instagram Stories and I got a few messages requesting I do a tutorial on the wreath and roses which I would be happy to do.
Also, I know that "February" is not written in the center. It's bothering me too - that's what I get for not using a ruler.

Calendar
I always start with a monthly calendar and a monthly social media tracker. It's really handy for me to have and I loved drawing these roses on. I used both Crayola and Tombow markers for the decorations on the side. Also, in case anyone was wondering about the line spacing for this calendar, each box is five by five dots.

Habit Tracker and Monthly Goals
I kept these pages similar to last month's. I don't really feel a need to change these pages but perhaps someday I may change it up. For the Monthly Goals page, I used a copper metallic brush pen. I did a mini review of those pens in my Pen Collection post but it was really hard for me to handletter with it (as evidenced by the sloppy title). Still, I like the marker and the metallic sheen it gave this page. I also decided that the guiding word for my month would be LOVE.
Expense Tracker and One Line a Day
I decided to add an expense tracker and a "One Line a Day" page, something I didn't do last month. I thought it would be a good idea to track my extraneous spending, as in things that aren't bills, groceries, and the like. The "One Line a Day" is something I am trying out - basically I write one sentence about my day every day. Something I'm grateful for, something that made me happy or sad, etc. It should be fun to try!

Weekly Spreads
I used my standard weekly layout for my first spread. Following that, I decided to experiment a bit for the next few spreads. For the second week, I cut out a few pieces of rose gold foil and rose paper meant to be used for scrapbooking and used it as decoration for my spread. I LOVED the way it turned out and I think it may be my favorite layout I've ever done. For the third week I played around with the line spacing as well and used different pink colors and added drop shadows.

And that's it for now. What do you guys think of my theme? Would you guys use any of these spreads? Let me know in the comments!

Wow, I'm so amazed by how beautiful bullet journals are! How did you get started with bullet journaling? I would love to do it, but I don't think I have the artistic skills to make it look as good as yours and the ones floating around Pinterest!
